Probiotics

Probiotics and Constipation

One cause of constipation is too few of the friendly bacteria
residing in the colon. I find that Probiotics, the friendly bacteria,
encourages the peristaltic action and so this help you to evacuate
as you should – two or three times a day, not a few times per week.

Probiotics are also good in helping promote an acid condition that
is needed in the colon. When properly acid, the peristaltic action is
better as well.
