Seasonal Allergy

Seasonal Allergy

So many people have allergies these days. What exactly
is an allergy? Anything that your body does not recognize
as itself can be considered an allergen.

But mostly you call it an allergy when you have a reaction
to it. With spring coming, the seasonal allergies start
up here in the U.S.

When the body encounters a foreign substance in seasonal
allergy, it reacts by making antibodies or releasing certain
chemicals called histamines. When these histamines and other
substances are released into your system, they cause an
inflammatory reaction causing what is called allergies.

Ahh, the runny nose, sneezing, teary eyes, etc. There are
herbs and homeopathics that help seasonal allergy. Click here
to read more online about seasonal allergies.

It would be good to get started on a natural program now,
and you will find your seasonal allergies diminish by the
time the pollen is wafting in the air this spring.
