Anxiety And Depression Can Cause Impotence

Anxiety And Depression Can Cause Impotence

This negativity or gloom in a man’s mind, when it comes
to sexual activity, leading to a lack of performance.

It’s important to have a good line of communication with
your sexual partner, which can create a comforting setting
in which anxiety is not so prevalent. In a stress-free
environment in which you feel stimulated and relaxed, your
impotence may leave.

Fatigue can also play into a lack of erections, as when your
body is weak, sexual desire can be lessened. Rather than take
a medication it would be appropriate for you to work at the
underlying psychological causes of your problem in order to
overcome the impotence problem.
