When you need to reduce stress, think also of foods to
stay away from that may cause more problems.
Today I will mention sugar.
Sugar can make you more jittery. To process sugars,

good for your nervous system.
Sugar can be found in many of the foods we reach for
when stressed. Sodas, candy and processed food.
The other chemicals in those foods, combined with the
sugar may additionally cause you to be more wired up.
When you need something sweet, try a fresh fruit,
or as a second choice, about one fourth cup of dried
fruit. Eat it slowly and enjoy.
