Typos provide a good laugh

I needed a good laugh today... and this site provided it.

Take a couple minutes and read through the crazy things
medical typists put down in peoples charts. It is a shame
some can't spell (or maybe don't use the spell check
appropiately).

What ever the problem was, the outcome was pretty funny
on these medical comments.
