Write down 10 health goals for 2010

For the rest of the month, write down 15 to 30 wishes
in the alternative health and wellness area. Write
down 15 to 30 things you could do differently with
your diet and eating style to make yourself healthier
or prevent illness.

Out of your first wishes, select ten health goals for
2010. Example - Lower my cholesterol, take off 20
pounds of excess weight, drink more water.

Pick 12 things to do differently with your diet and
put one into action each month, such as drink more
water, get two servings of fruit in each day, etc.
Keep up on the ones you have all ready put into
action.

Write them out on an index card, or print them out
from your computer. Put them where you will see them
every day. Tick off the new diet goal at the end
of the month.

Keep it up. If you fall off the wagon, each day is
a new day. That is why it is called the "present",
remember? Enjoy your health presents to yourself and
your family.
