Today I have a couple diet tips for you. Dieting is much easier when you focus
on the things you can have in abundance.
1.Choose fresh vegetables grown above the ground most of the time. This provides fiber and bulk, filling you up without a lot of calories. Vegetables grown below ground contain more carbohydrates and are higher on the glycemic index.
2. Buy a vegetable steamer. Steaming is one of the healthiest ways to
cook vegetables. The food retains nearly all of its natural nutrients
instead of leaching it out into the cooking water. Even better, it makes your veggies taste great - which means you'll be more likely to eat them instead of filling up on fatty foods that pack on weight.
