TMJ Jaw Pain
TMJ Jaw Pain - Identify TMJ And Correct It
Jaw pain is no fun, in fact it can make your
life miserable. And if you have problems chewing
or talking or get that annoying clicking going
on, it just ramps up the annoyance.
Do you think you have TMJ and are looking for a
dentist or therapist to help with TMJ jaw pain?
According to WebMD.com here are "possible causes include:
- Grinding or clenching the teeth, which puts a lot of pressure on the TMJ
- Dislocation of the soft cushion or disc between the ball and socket
- Presence of osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis in the TMJ
- Stress, which can cause a person to tighten facial and jaw muscles or
clench the teeth"
I have a new article on one of my sites and will discuss
some of the symptoms so that you are clear about
what to watch for and take care of.
You will also get some some diet tips on things to eliminate
from your diet, and what to add in that will help.
But most of all, I am going to give you an answer to
what to do to stop the TMJ jaw pain.
