Soap and water, versus hand sanitizers

Soap and Water Versus Hand Sanitizers

Certainly, washing your hands regularly can help you to have less sickness. When in public or shopping and you can’t get somewhere to wash your hands, what can you do? Many people are supporting the use of hand sanitizers, but I want to caution you about a few things with may of the sanitizers.

Sanitizers Can Be Harmful

Most of the hand sanitizers on the market have harmful substances in them. One of which is Propylene Glycol, when I looked at a commonly sold one. The Material Safety Data Sheet warns people about avoiding contact with skin, as it is a strong skin irritant and can cause liver abnormalities and kidney damage.

Natural Hand Sanitizers

Your skin easily absorbs what you put on your skin. So this is not a good thing. You can find natural hand sanitizers on the market and this is what I suggest. Natural Hand Sanitizers

Wash Hands Often

Do be sure to wash your hands often with soap and water, and when you cannot, use your own sanitizer that does not have harmful substances in it, rather than the ones everyone seems to have parked around the stores and banks.
