Feel Good
I have a new article up that applies to most of us,
whether it be our health, our relationships or other
things:
We all face things in which we react in certain ways.
This may or not be the best thing. By taking a look
at our reactions and our accompanying feelings, there
may be a better outcome or less stress to the situation.
