Exercise is a must with a low metabolism If you are
looking for weight loss. I know you are tired, and
have low vitality, but get out there and move.
Even increased walking can make a difference. Then
work up to more exercise as you are able.
I use a treadmill and find that I can use it several
times a day for a few minutes. This allows me to take
a break, and at the same time, get in some exercise.
