Lower Cholesterol Naturally

Lower Cholesterol Naturally

Reducing your Cholesterol can be done naturally

Reduce fat in your diet - substitute leaner cuts
of meat for the fattier pieces. Eat beans a few
times a week.

Eliminate fried foods - Stop doing this. It is
not good for your health. Find other ways to
prepare your foods.

Reduce sugar in your diet - Some Doctors agree that
eating all the sugars americans do has the effect
of raising your cholesterol. Sugar is not that good
for you, so cut it way back.

Eat vegetables and complex carbohydrates - Fiber
reduces cholesterol, absorbs toxins and moves them
along and out.

Studies show that countries that have high fiber diets
have less heart disease. When they adopt the american diet,
their heart disease goes up.
